Refund policy

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be:

• unused

• unwashed

• undamaged

• with original tags attached and in original, intact packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please send an email to info.piki.international@gmail.com including:

• order number

• full name

• reason for the return

You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
